About Seeba Sattam
Seeba Sattam holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. In her clinical work, she supported teens and adults facing anxiety, complex childhood trauma, and life’s toughest challenges, always with compassion and depth. Over time, she realized that traditional therapy alone didn’t fully address the deeper wounds.
While honoring therapy’s role, Seeba was drawn to a path that views each person as whole, with wounds to be witnessed – not fixed.
Her deeper spiritual awakening began during a Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat she attended on her honeymoon. The marriage later ended in divorce, becoming a pivotal turning point in her healing and growth. Through Dr. Dispenza’s meditations and deep inner work, she transformed mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Seeba no longer works within a diagnostic framework. She sees much of our suffering as rooted in unprocessed trauma, disconnection from the true Self, and inherited survival patterns. Instead of pathologizing pain, she views it as a call from the soul to be seen, felt, and integrated with compassion.
Her work centers on spiritual healing, reclaiming identity, and emotional empowerment. Through conscious community, embodiment, and deep inner work, she guides women ready to step into their truth and reclaim their power – free from shame and labels.
Seeba offers a safe space for real healing, grounded in presence, truth, and wholehearted support.
