This transformative 16-week program offers a clear roadmap and practical tools to help you heal past trauma, become a grounded and empowered partner and individual, and create the healthy, fulfilling life you deserve. You’ll learn to recognize how your trauma-triggered Inner Child influences your patterns and shift into your Wise Adult Self.
You’ll gain clarity on self-defeating behaviors, understand their roots in childhood and life experiences, and replace them with healthier strategies. With expert guidance and a supportive community, you’ll develop new tools and coping skills from a grounded, embodied place.
Healing relationships involves three key steps:
- Identifying trauma triggers and their origins
- Doing deep trauma work to release them
- Learning and practicing effective relational strategies
Throughout the program, you’ll explore the neurobiology of trauma and your attachment style to safely release unprocessed pain. Weekly research-backed practices will help you break toxic relational cycles and build fulfilling connections.
We’ll guide you through subconscious blocks and offer a holistic approach that addresses root causes and systemic patterns.
By the end, you’ll be able to:

Using Parts Work, EFT, somatic tools, and nervous system regulation, you’ll build a personalized toolkit to navigate life with confidence, resilience, and freedom from old patterns.
You don’t have to do this alone. Together, we’ll release outdated survival strategies and create lasting change-so you can feel safe, seen, and heard.
While many join after heartbreak, this isn’t a grief group. We focus on self-healing, emotional empowerment, and reclaiming your identity.
This program is trauma-informed and spiritually conscious, complementing therapeutic work without labeling or diagnosing. We see emotional pain as a natural response to trauma and survival strategies, not a disorder to fix.
All women are welcome-whether divorced, remarried, partnered, dating, or healing solo. We hold space for honest reflection, courageous responsibility, and unconditional love, rejecting shame and blame.
By embracing the roles we’ve played-not to shame but to grow-you open the door to transformation. Through inner child healing, shadow work, EFT, somatic practices, and spiritual embodiment, you’ll live from your truth, worth, and emotional freedom-not old wounds.
This program gives you the tools, support, and real-life strategies to:

We’ll help you understand how your trauma-triggered, adaptive Inner Child has been steering your life – and guide you toward your Wise Adult Self, where clarity, peace, and emotional maturity reside.
This is a conscious support group for women navigating separation, divorce, or the end of a relationship. It provides a supportive space for healing, self-discovery, and transformation. Participants learn to overcome heartbreak, cultivate self-love, and release resentment – therefore, focusing inward to build self-awareness and compassion instead of blame. Inspired by teachings from Ram Dass, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and others, the group integrates mindfulness, self-compassion, and conscious healing. Ram Dass invites us to “be here now,” using pain as a teacher for growth. Eckhart Tolle’s “power of now” helps participants move beyond the mind’s narrative, and Dr. Joe Dispenza highlights the potential for rewiring thoughts to create a new, empowered self. Grief processing is central, creating a safe space to honor emotions while integrating practices like affirmations, gratitude, and self-care. Louise Hay’s emphasis on self-love and Pema Chödrön’s wisdom on learning through challenges guide participants to release fear and embrace love.
You’ll be led through three transformational phases:
Reveal the Roots
Understand the origins of your emotional triggers, relational patterns, and protective behaviors. Learn how your childhood and life experiences shaped your beliefs and coping mechanisms.Regulate
Using Parts Work, EFT, somatic tools, and nervous system regulation, we’ll support your mind and body in feeling safe. You’ll begin to unlearn outdated survival strategies and build a personal toolkit to navigate daily life with clarity and calm.Reclaim Your Power
Learn the relational and communication skills necessary to create safe, secure, and fulfilling connections. Step into your worth, truth, and emotional freedom.
Each week, we explore neuroscience-backed practices and powerful teachings that bridge the gap between trauma recovery and conscious embodiment.

Unchained Unicorns is for women 18 and older who are ready to do the real work of emotional and spiritual healing.
This journey is for you if:
- You are currently moving through a breakup, divorce, or separation, or still carrying unresolved patterns from a past one
- You are remarried, dating, or partnered, but recognize pieces of yourself were left behind in past relationships
- You are willing to confront old wounds with honesty and compassion
- You are committed to rebuilding trust within yourself
- You are ready to strengthen your voice, set boundaries, and stop abandoning your needs
- You are prepared to live from self-worth, not survival or fear
- You are ready to show up with presence and consistency, even when it’s uncomfortable
Note: Separate group tracks available for ages 18-25 to honor life-stage-specific needs.
The Unchained Unicorns support group runs for 16 weeks and includes:
- 16 weekly live online group sessions (2 hours each)
- 16 weekly private 1:1 support calls (30 minutes each)
- Weekly practices, reflections, and actionable tools
- Somatic, energetic, and emotional healing tools
- A private, secure online community space
- Compassionate, trauma-informed, spiritually centered guidance
- An intimate, small-group healing community group
- Lifelong tools for emotional resilience, self-worth embodiment, and conscious relationship building
The full cost of the 16-week support group program is $2,222, paid in full before the start date.
Additional private time: Longer or extra private 1:1 sessions may be available separately, by request, for an additional cost.
